The AKC Humane Fund’s mission is to promote the cause of responsible pet ownership. Our newest grant opportunity will provide scholarships for students who are pursuing educational programs that include responsible pet ownership in their curriculum. For example, individuals pursuing studies in veterinary medicine, veterinary technology, physical therapy, animal care, animal behavior, grooming and training may be eligible for this grant.
