Scholarship Description
The Omega Phi Beta Foundation STEM to Flowers Scholarship is awarded to a High School/College Freshman looking to pursue an undergraduate degree in one of the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and/or Mathematics) field(s). The increased inclusion of women and girls in this field not only diversifies the field, in terms of gender and thought, but also serves to encourage other women and girls to become involved.
ELIGIBILITY:
- Must currently be a female high-school senior/college freshman.
- Must be from a low income household earning a combined income that is less than
$45,000.00 a year.
- Must be in pursuit of an undergraduate degree at a college or university.
- Must be pursuing a degree with a major in the STEM (Science, Technology,
Engineering, and/or Mathematics) field.
