DeSales University Catholic Schools Grants are offered to graduates of Catholic high schools who are entering DeSales University in the Fall. Graduates of Catholic Home Schooling agencies do not qualify for the Catholic Schools Grant. A minimum GPA of a 2.5 is preferred, but students with over a 2.0 GPA may be considered for admission. Other than the aforementioned criteria, this scholarship doesn't have too many other restrictions. The total number of recipients will vary, and although this award doesn't have a specific deadline, it's advisable to apply to DeSales by December 1st.

Since 1969, The English-Speaking Union has provided Luard Morse Scholarships to students attending historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) to study in the United Kingdom. The scholarship is open to sophomore students in all disciplines and has been awarded to students majoring in economics, philosophy, finance, mathematics, liberal arts and the sciences. This is open to African-American students. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens, excel academically (minimum 3.0 grade point average) and demonstrate strong leadership skills, community involvement, and interest in international affairs, culture or issues of global significance. As we get to know each student through their writing, records, and recommendations, the following six qualities, among others, are being considered: Academic Success; Intellectual Curiosity;Relevance of ESU Luard Morse Scholarship; Character; Leadership and Community Engagement; and Ambassadorship.

The NJCPA Scholarship Fund awards scholarships to college-bound New Jersey high school seniors intending to major in accounting or obtain a concentration in accounting which includes not less than 24 accounting credits. Scholarships are awarded based on academic performance, essay and personal interview. To apply for the scholarship, students must create a NJCPA account to log-in with to complete an application. Applicants must be: a US citizen or lawfully admitted for permanent residence; a New Jersey resident attending a New Jersey public, parochial, private, or home school; have a cumulative three-year GPA of 3.2 or above or a minimum SAT score of 1260 or minimum composite ACT score of 26. The Society of Lake Management professionals (SLMP) is seeking applications for its annual Student Scholarship Award. SLMP intends to award $6,000 (1st- $3,000, 2nd - $2,000 and 3rd - $1,000) in scholarships to the top three successful applicants at the January SLMP Summit that will take place in January at the Hard Rock Hotel in Daytona Beach, Florida. Scholarship funds are provided directly to the student and may be used by the recipient to cover costs associated with education, project/research expenses. Eligible applicants should be enrolled as full-time undergraduate or graduate students in an accredited college or university within the United States. Exceptions will be made for technical schools as well as other employment or jobs that have stimulated ideas or products that make life easier for lake managers. The Demetrios Halikis Scholarship supports students of Hellenic (Greek) descent or California residents pursuing medical or dental studies. This scholarship is designed to assist students enrolled in accredited California medical or dental schools, providing financial support to future professionals dedicated to health and service.

The Foundation is committed to funding students with the greatest financial need. The New Hampshire Charitable Foundation manages more than 450 scholarship funds. Students need to only fill out a single online application using ScholarshipSource, to be considered for all the Foundation’s scholarship resources. The AvaCare Medical Scholarship recognizes those who are working to better the lives of our customers, students who are pursuing a degree in the medical field, with a prize of $1000 toward college tuition. To support an individual project of a scholarly nature, related to Aegean Bronze Age Archaeology, and to be conducted between July 1 of the award year and the following June 30. The Dakota Corps Scholarship is a scholarship program funded by private business, non profit corporations and the Governors Office. We are aware of how profoundly a cancer diagnosis affects the family dynamics and the emotional well-being of each family member. Everything changes in a family when someone gets a cancer diagnosis. Parents have to quit jobs and focus on treatment and the family's income decreases drastically. Our goal is to support a student with a family connection to cancer continue his/her education. For this reason, we have decided to offer a little help to young people who have witnessed a loved one’s devastating struggle with cancer in order to ease at least their financial situation. The Dirk Derrick Car & Truck Accident Injury Scholarship is an award for any current or soon-to-be undergraduate student in the United States who has had his or her life altered due to an injury from a car or truck accident, be it their own injury, that of a loved one, or an influential individual.

The Scarlett Family Foundation Scholarship supports Tennessee students pursuing business or STEM-related degrees at four-year, non-profit colleges or universities. Established in 2006, this program combines financial need and merit-based criteria to help Middle Tennessee students achieve their educational goals. Scholarships are available to high school graduates, GED recipients, and college undergraduates who meet the eligibility requirements.

The CFT offers scholarships to high school seniors and continuing college students who are children or dependents of CFT members in good standing. Students enrolled in four-year courses of study are eligible for $3000 scholarships; those enrolled in two-year programs are eligible for $1000. Fell Scholarship is a prestigious opportunity offered to the top admitted students accepted to Illinois State University every year. The American Physiological Society, with support from NIDDK and NIGMS, is offering travel awards for underrepresented minorities (i.e., African Americans, Hispanics, Native Americans, and Pacific Islanders) who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents, to attend APS conferences. The specific intent of this award is to increase participation of pre- and postdoctoral minority students in the physiological sciences. The awards are open to graduate students and postdoctoral students. The Gilbert Kushner Travel Award honors the legacy of an influential SfAA Fellow and recipient of the 2005 Sol Tax Distinguished Service Award. Renowned for his pioneering role in developing applied anthropology as a graduate field, Kushner served as Chair of the University of South Florida’s Anthropology Department and Associate Dean of Social and Behavioral Sciences. Under his leadership, USF became a leading center for applied anthropology, with numerous MA and Ph.D. students in the field. Kushner strongly advocated for field experiences, believing they offer invaluable insights for anthropologists. His research, which began with studies of Indian immigrants to Israel, fostered a lifelong commitment to ethics, human rights, and the persistence of cultural groups. Two $750 awards are available to students who meet the following criteria: - Must have been enrolled as a student during part of the current year. - Must have an accepted paper or poster abstract for the SfAA Annual Meeting on topics related to the persistence of cultural groups. - The award helps support travel expenses to attend the SfAA Annual Meeting.

The Alex & Suzanne Rosenkrantz Fund assists youth who are blind, deaf or deaf-blind in reaching their highest potential through higher education, vocational training, other appropriate schooling and adaptive technology and devices. The SOULE Foundation is designed to create an experience geared to support, develop and promote the educational advancement of LGBTQ youth and young people of color. This scholarship has a rolling deadline, meaning you can apply at anytime. However, the earlier you apply, the better. The Student Assistance Fund will provide one-time cash assistance to eligible students to assist with needs that would otherwise hinder them from completing their academic program.
