George and Donna Nigh Public Service Scholarship

The George and Donna Nigh Public Service Scholarship provides financial support to outstanding Oklahoma students pursuing careers in public service. Established by the Oklahoma Legislature in 1999, this scholarship encourages academic achievement and commitment to public service.
