The Geiger Scholarship offers financial support for students interested in expanding their educational horizons through off-island enrichment and travel experiences, including summer camp, semester study abroad, and gap year programs. The application portal opens September 1st, 2025, and closes March 1st, 2026. Students are eligible for up to 4 Geiger Scholarships: once in grades 6-8, once in grades 9-12, once in college and once for a gap year. Must meet one or more of the following requirements: - Middle school through college students living on one of Maine’s year-round, unbridged islands - Currently enrolled in or graduated from the highest grade level available at your island school - Magnet student with a demonstrated commitment to their island school and enrolled in at least their second year or have plans to return for a second year.

Recognizing the need for a well-educated workforce, Governor C.L. “Butch” Otter and the Idaho Legislature established the Opportunity Scholarship to remove barriers to higher education and prepare college/university graduates to enter the workforce. The Opportunity Scholarship awards eligible applicants up to $3,500 per academic year and is renewable for up to four years. The scholarship funds are available per academic year. Recipients must renew each year by March 1 and are eligible to receive the scholarship for a maximum of four years. Eligibility: To qualify for the scholarship, a student must meet all of the following criteria: - Have an unweighted, cumulative GPA of 2.7 or above - Be an Idaho resident - Graduated or will graduate from an Idaho high school or its equivalent or Idaho home school (GED/HSE from Idaho) - Complete the State Board of Education scholarship application by March 1 - FAFSA Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid by March 1 - Maintain satisfactory academic progress for financial aid purposes. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, Foundation Excellence Awards are administered by the Texas A&M Foundation to provide crucial financial assistance while fulfilling donors’ intentions to support students from diverse backgrounds. There are currently over 700 students at Texas A&M receiving a Foundation Excellence Award. Each scholarship empowers students to focus on their studies, leadership and service while reducing the burden of financial stress. My dad was a welder for much of his life and was passionate about the skilled trades. He was also concerned about the gap in the need for skilled tradespeople and the number of people pursuing this career path. In honor of my dad, we have established the Uniball's Skilled Trades Scholarship. With a focus on helping the next generation of welders pay for trade schooling, we will also consider all applicants pursuing a skilled trade such as electricians, plumbers, and more. The ideal applicant for this scholarship: Will be or is going to a trade school – welding, electrician, plumbing, etc. Has overcome some personal adversity. Is a high school senior or currently at a trade school.

Dylan’s Journey Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to one student with Neurofibromatosis (NF) and/or a learning disability of any variety. High school, undergraduate, and graduate school students are eligible to apply. To apply, either submit a video or write an essay that tells about your experience with NF or your learning disability, your motivation for pursuing higher education, and why you feel you are a good candidate for this scholarship.

As one small way to help the families of first responders, the A Heroes Family Scholarship exists to provide financial support for a current or former student who has lost a parent/guardian or spouse to an on-duty tragedy of a first responder. This includes those in law enforcement, fire, or the military. The scholarship is open to students at any education level, above and including, high school seniors. Those pursuing education at a 2 or 4-year college/university, graduate school, a professional certificate program, or a trade or vocational school are all welcome to apply.

This scholarship seeks to support undocumented students so they have the resources necessary to thrive in college. Any student who is not a U.S. citizen and has community service or volunteering experience may apply for this scholarship.

MASWE = Men’s Auxiliary Society of Women Engineers MASWE was formed in 1968 by the husbands, brothers, fathers and colleagues who believed that engineering is a viable career choice for women and the cause needed support. MASWE is a tribute to men who supported women in engineering. It provides financial assistance to female students pursuing ABET-accredited undergraduate or graduate programs in engineering, engineering technology, or related fields. The scholarship aims to empower women in STEM and recognizes their potential in engineering.

The Colegrave Seabrook Foundation International Scholarship operates in cooperation with the David Colegrave Foundation in London, England. Each year there will be an exchange of students between the U.S. and Europe, alternating between the two countries. Scholarship awards of $4,500 will be made. U.S. students should apply for this scholarship in even-numbered years (2022, 2024, etc.)

Benton County Farm Bureau is pleased to assist the youth of Benton County in pursuing further education. ​ELIGIBILITY: Be a Benton County resident and be currently enrolled or accepted to enroll this year at an accredited school of higher education. The applicant must show how their chosen field relates to, or benefits agriculture. CRITERIA: · Student must be studying Agriculture, Forestry or Ag related fields. · Full time student (minimum of 12 credits or units per quarter or term). · Two letters of recommendation will be required. One from a non-related teacher, and · one from a non-related adult. · Completed application form. An incomplete or late application will be disqualified. · Official transcript from most recent school attended. High School or College. · Signature. Application must be signed. ​SCHOLARSHIP AMOUNT: There will be at least 3 scholarships awarded up to $1000 each along with a Farm Bureau membership if qualified applications are received. ​

The scholarship provider is honoring Solomon's his life by paying it forward to others who live in Alabama and have an interest in Business, Computers, Engineering, Music, or Psychology. Applicants must be a high school senior or undergraduate who has at least a 3.0 GPA. This scholarship seeks to honor the memory of Solomon Vann by supporting students in Alabama who have encountered mental illness either themselves, a family member, a friend, or an acquaintance.

1st Financial Bank USA (1FBUSA) wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship. United States residents 18 or older who are planning to enroll or currently enrolled in a college degree program are eligible to apply. To apply, complete the entry form, which includes responding to an essay prompt in 500 words. This is a monthly scholarship and the deadline is the last day of each month from now through December 31, 2026
