Scholarship Description
This award is a competitive research grant for AHNA member(s) conducting Holistic Nursing research that demonstrates advancing Holistic Nursing practices. This grant is worth up to $5,000.
Criteria:
To provide funding to AHNA member(s) who are conducting Holistic Nursing research, the following conditions must be met:
1. Applicant must be an AHNA active member for a minimum of one (1) year.
2. Applicant must submit a three to five (3-5) page research proposal in Word format with no “change tracking” and use of plain header with page numbers only.
3. Applicant must submit a Proposal Budget appropriate for AHNA level funding, (i.e. moderate in scope, able to be completed in 1-2 years)
4. Applicant must provide a bio-sketch, checklist and budget forms downloaded, completed and submitted from the AHNA website.
Applicant must include a letter from dissertation Committee Chair stating that they have reviewed your application and have approved its submission for this grant. - Doctoral Students only
