Scholarship Description
The University of Texas Chapter of Acacia Fraternity is offering the Man of Faith scholarship. Men of all faiths are eligible to receive this scholarship and membership in Acacia Fraternity is not required. The scholarship is intended to help male students who have been involved in helping their community and have shown leadership in a number of different organizations. The number of recipients will vary.
Applicants should be active in their respective religious communities, be a full-time male student at the University of Texas for the academic year the scholarship is awarded and have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 (final high school GPA to be used for incoming freshmen). Applicants should be able to demonstrate past examples of community involvement, support of charitable entities and activities, leadership experience, spiritual, intellectual, and social strength, integrity and compassion.
