Thomas J. Seefred Trust Scholarship

The scholarship, which can be up to $3,000, is open to all Ohio residents with Juvenile Diabetes who are pursuing a bachelor’s degree. This scholarship was established in 2005 and is supported by the Thomas J. Seefred Trust. In order to apply, you must complete the online application, submit supporting documentation, and write a 500-word essay on the impact that Juvenile Diabetes has had on you.

Eligibility:

- Ohio residents only (preference for residents of Mahoning, Trumbull, Columbiana counties)
- 18-25 years old at time of application

- Must be in the process of completing a standard curriculum leading to a bachelor's degree at an accredited junior college, college or university
- Current high school students are not eligible
- Must be in good academic standing
