The Red Perspective Naomi Scholarship

The Naomi Scholarship is for women over 40. The candidate for the Naomi scholarship might find that she, like the woman of the Old Testament story, has been presented with incredible adversity or is possibly coping with life events that she never saw coming. The ideal candidate for the Naomi Scholarship will be able to articulate how her own life models the story of a brave choice to seize opportunity despite life challenges, and use that opportunity to make a lasting contribution to the world around her. Applicants must be at least 40 years old; submit a 400-800 word essay, and must submit a copy of their transcript from either high school or college, or submit a copy of their GED/high school diploma if transcripts are unavailable.
