The Philadelphia Foundation Scholarship

Each year, Philadelphia Foundation awards more than 200 scholarships from funds we manage.

The Philadelphia Foundation is now using a Common Scholarship Application. Each scholarship applicant is required to complete ONE application in order to be considered for multiple scholarships. Students will be required to complete one or more essay questions based on their responses.

Most of our scholarships require that you be a resident of the Greater Philadelphia region (which includes Burlington and Camden counties in New Jersey and Bucks, Chester, Montgomery, Delaware, and Philadelphia counties in Pennsylvania). However, if you attend an HBCU, we have a scholarship for any U.S. resident of any state.
