Scholarship Description
Female students, 18 years of age or older, who are residents of the USA with Commonwealth of Nations ancestry.
Applicants must be a student at an accredited two or four-year college or university.
Applicants must have a college 3.0 GPA or better (students in the second semester of the Freshman year are eligible to apply.)
Applicants cannot be a State, Chapter, or Member-at-Large member of DBE.
Students must have completed one semester of college to submit grades to committee.
