Paula Kovarick Segalman Family Scholarship

Applicants must be individuals who have had finances impacted due to having been diagnosed with ALS themselves, or a parent or guardian or immediate family member* (living or deceased) having been diagnosed with ALS; Must be high school seniors, high school graduates or current undergraduates; Must be a resident of West Virginia, Maryland, District of Columbia, Virginia, South Carolina, Delaware, or Northern Ohio, and must plan to enroll in undergraduate study at an accredited two– or four–year college, university or vocational–technical school.

Applicants must also be a U.S. citizen and have at least a 2.5 GPA to be eligible for this award.
