Scholarship Description
This scholarship aims to serve and support students who have demonstrated the ability to overcome adversity and fight for their success.
Any Latinx high school senior student from the state of Washington who has a history of overcoming adversity may apply. Preference for those who do not qualify for federal loans/grants/ DACA. Students pursuing a 2- or 4-year undergraduate degree or planning to attend a trade school may apply.
To apply, tell us about the adversity you have overcome, how this experience has affected your character and worldview, how this experience has affected your empathy, and how you support those in similar adverse situations.
