Scholarship Description
Applicants must be high school seniors during the 2024-2025 academic year and be members of a minority group that is under-represented in chemical engineering, i.e., African-American, Hispanic, Native American, Alaskan Native, Pacific Islander. Applicants must plan to enroll during the 2025-2026 academic year in a four-year college or university offering a science/engineering degree. Applicants must also have at elast a 3.0 GPA to apply.
Students are encouraged to choose classes leading to a degree in chemical engineering. While students admitted for science and engineering degrees are encouraged to apply for this scholarship, preference will be given to students admitted into chemical engineering degree programs.
