Kathleen L. Small Teaching Scholarship

Any undergraduate or graduate student in California who is pursuing a degree or credential in education may apply for this scholarship, but special consideration may be given to graduates of San Jose Unified School District and students at San Jose State University or nearby community colleges.

To apply, write a 400-600 word essay about why you’re pursuing a career in education and if there is someone who inspired you to do so.
