To support individuals involved with the Clark County "Dreamers" program or the state foster care program who plans to pursue postsecondary education.
Applicant must be a "Dreamer" participant of the "I Have a Dream" Southwest Washington program, located in Clark County, WA, OR a child of a "Dreamer" participant of the "I Have a Dream" Southwest Washington program, located in Clark County, WA, OR an individual that currently or has previously been in formal, informal, or spontaneous foster care in Clark County, WA; must be pursuing postsecondary education. Renewable.
