Scholarship Application
Great Clips® believes in the future of the hair industry and is proud to offer over $100,000 total in cosmetology or barber scholarships to students each year. This scholarship program is offered in memory of Alice Madden Barton, a long-time Great Clips franchisee. Future stylists and barbers across the United States and Canada are invited to apply to receive a cosmetology or barber school tuition scholarship, valued at up to $5,000 each, to help launch their dreams.

Eligibility: The Scholarship is open to individuals:
(a) at least 16 years of age and older,
(b)who are legal residents of the 50 United States (including D.C.) or Canada (excluding Quebec),
(c) are, at the time of application through award distribution, enrolled in cosmetology or barbering program, and
(d) who meet all the qualifications outlined in these
Terms and Conditions.


Dates:
Spring cosmetology or barbering scholarship application period: September 2 – March 1. Recipients notified by no later than April 30.

Fall cosmetology or barbering scholarship application period: March 2 – September 1. Recipients notified by no later than October 31.
