Scholarship Description
Founded in 2016, DDI works to increase the representation of people of color, minorities, and individuals from historically disenfranchised communities in public office. By advocating for these communities, DDI ensures elected and appointed officials address the needs and aspirations of the diverse populations they serve.
DDI is proud to offer a $1,500 scholarship to one (1) King County high school senior pursuing higher education at a 2- or 4-year program. This scholarship aims to support students from diverse backgrounds in achieving their academic goals.
