2025-2026 Health Care Scholars United: Undergraduate

Health Care Scholars United, funded by the United Health Foundation, supports 30 high-achieving students committed to pursuing a clinical professional career. Undergraduate scholars admitted to the program who maintain eligibility will be awarded for up to two years for a total of $10,000, or $5,000/year.

Student Eligibility:
- Be enrolled full-time at an accredited, U.S.-based four-year institution
- Pursuing a declared major aligned with a career in medicine, nursing, social work, or mental health, with a demonstrated commitment to pursuing an advanced degree in a clinical profession

- Undergraduate student classified as a junior at the time of awarding, (graduation date December 2026 or spring 2027).
- Possess a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
