What is being awarded? The Melanie Foundation Scholarship is a $2,500 scholarship to be awarded to a candidate pursuing a doctoral or master’s degree in the mental health field. How long will the scholarship last? The scholarship will be awarded to a candidate for one year. Candidates may reapply for additional years. Who is eligible for the scholarship? Applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria: -Currently enrolled in a graduate program majoring in the mental health field in the United States. Programs must be accredited by one or more of the following credentialing agencies: ACGME, APA, CACREP, CSWE, COAMFTE. -Provide evidence of past involvement in extracurricular, volunteer, research, and/or career-related activities. The Mac Hyde Brownfield Scholarship Program is offfered to students pursuing studies in diverse fields related to brownfield redevelopment. Applicants must: be an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited Minnesota college or university and/or a Minnesota resident, pursuing a field of study related to brownfields redevelopment (including: engineering, earth/environmental sciences, government/public policy, law, business, real estate, public health, economic development); and, have a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0. The Laraine Forry Memorial Scholarship Award recognizes outstanding students who demonstrate a commitment to service and plan to pursue a career in a healthcare-related field. Named in memory of Laraine Forry, who served the Pennsylvania Association of Medical Suppliers (PAMS) with dedication and leadership from 1981 to 2015, this scholarship honors her legacy by supporting future healthcare professionals. The scholarship aims to encourage and assist students as they pursue post-high school education in healthcare-related programs.

The Gordon Hay Scholarship Fund is a merit-based scholarship established in memory of Gordon Hay, an organizational development professional, who was passionate about transformational change through authentic engagement of people’s hearts and minds in the strategic work of business. He believed passion and fire from within fueled exceptional results. Each year the Gordon Hay Scholarship Committee will select up to two exceptional students to receive a one-time award in the amount of up to $10,000.

Scholarship Program Overview Washington State PTA (WSPTA) offers four $2,500 scholarships to graduating seniors from Washington state public high schools with an active PTA, who will be starting college (either two-year or four-year) in the fall. Upon receiving proof of acceptance to college, WSPTA will issue a check to the school the recipient will be attending. The scholarship may be used to offset the cost of tuition, books, supplies, room and/or board. My dad was a welder for much of his life and was passionate about the skilled trades. He was also concerned about the gap in the need for skilled tradespeople and the number of people pursuing this career path. In honor of my dad, we have established the Uniball's Skilled Trades Scholarship. With a focus on helping the next generation of welders pay for trade schooling, we will also consider all applicants pursuing a skilled trade such as electricians, plumbers, and more. The ideal applicant for this scholarship: Will be or is going to a trade school – welding, electrician, plumbing, etc. Has overcome some personal adversity. The Women at Microsoft Scholarship supports graduating high school seniors who identify as women, non-binary, gender fluid, or transgender women, and who are pursuing undergraduate studies in technology, engineering, math, or computer science. This scholarship aims to empower future leaders in STEM fields by providing financial assistance to students with strong academic performance, leadership, and community involvement.

For 2026, up to twenty awards of $10,000 will be offered to each selected student who demonstrates their potential to succeed in health policy, health administration, and/or health management at either the state or national level upon graduation from their degree program. -Current first year graduate students in their second full-time equivalent semester or third full-time equivalent quarter for those in two-year programs, or for those in longer programs, their next to final year, studying at any accredited college or university. -Applicants must be scheduled to complete the didactic portion of their degree not later than December of the year following the awarding of the scholarship. -U.S. citizenship is required. -Scholars are selected based on expressed and demonstrated commitment to the improvement of the U.S. healthcare system, as well as leadership, academic achievement, community involvement, and long-term career interest in the fields of health policy, public health, health administration, and/or health management. -Applicants from health policy, public policy, health administration, business, economics, and law graduate programs (e.g. MPH, MPP, MHA, MBA, MA, JD), as well as joint degree programs (e.g. JD/MPH), are strongly encouraged to apply.

The NPCA Foundation is sponsoring scholarships for deserving students pursuing a career related to the precast concrete industry. Applications are open to any student with an undergraduate degree who will be enrolled in a graduate program at an academic institution for the next academic year following the application deadline. Applications are also open for undergraduate students as well (therefore, two scholarhip awards currently are offered). The applicant’s course of study should be in an academic field related to the building, construction, engineering, architecture or precast concrete industry. Applicants must be enrolled in a master’s or doctorate program. To guarantee the application will be reviewed by the NPCA Foundation Board of Directors, the following materials must be included with the application: An undergraduate transcript through the latest grading period prior to the date of application; A 300 – 500 word essay; A letter of recommendation from a college or university faculty member; A completed recommendation form from an NPCA member considered to be in good standing. The Deja Family Foundation is proud to award one or two scholarships annually, with a $750 minimum each. These scholarships will be awarded to High School seniors who exhibits leadership, service, kindness, and serves as an example to those in the community. The student(s) who is awarded the scholarship must be enrolled in a university, community college, or trade/technical school for the next school year. Applications run from January until the due date.

Despite facing challenges as a foster care youth, Jamie aspired to become a social worker to make a positive impact on the lives of others with similar experiences. Her infectious smile and determination inspired those around her, leading to the initiation of this scholarship. The Jamie Anderson Scholarship aims to support and encourage young individuals who, like Jamie, have a desire to pursue a college degree despite facing difficult circumstances. The Seattle Public Library Foundation is pleased to host the Stimson Bullitt Civic Courage Scholarship competition. High school seniors and undergraduate students who live, work, or attend school in Seattle are invited to participate. The competition asks students to write an essay about an individual or group of individuals from Washington state who have demonstrated civic courage on an issue of importance to the community at great personal, political or professional risk. Applicants must reside, attend school or work in Seattle, be 13 years or older, have an active Seattle Public Library card, and be a current high school senior or undergraduate enrolled at a two or four year college. Stimson Bullitt was a lawyer, decorated soldier, outdoorsman, civil rights activist, developer, philanthropist, broadcaster, environmentalist, and community leader. He believed that courageous civic leadership could improve the lives of people in our community both now and in the future. The Stimson Bullitt Civic Courage Scholarship Competition is designed to engage students in consideration of the idea of civic courage by writing an essay of between 1,500 and 2,000 words about an individual or group of individuals in Washington State who demonstrated civic courage on an issue of importance to the community.

Created to encourage students to pursue foodservice supply chain management careers, the David R. Parsley Scholarship offers undergraduate students scholarships ranging from $2,500 to $10,000. Students should apply January through March. Ideal candidates should be pursuing a post-secondary degree in the restaurant, foodservice and hospitality industry, as well as for similar awards.

Scholarship awards will be made in an amount established by the Trustees of the Fund. Funding is obtained by donations from local home builders associations and individual members and may be in the form of cash, bonds, stock, real estate, etc. Applications are due by March 15th of each year. Scholarships are awarded to qualified students seeking a career directly related to the home building industry. Scholarships are also offered to Career Tech Education classes at high schools across the state offering training and certifications directly related to the home building industry. This scholarship aims to honor the life of Adam Montes by supporting underrepresented students on the road to higher education. This scholarship seeks to honor the memory of Albert Howie by supporting students who are pursuing higher education. Any high school senior, high school graduate, or undergraduate student who is attending Del Mar College in Texas or will be attending in the fall may apply for this scholarship opportunity. However, applicants who are pursuing paramedic certification are preferred.

This scholarship continues Patty's dedication to helping others and giving them the opportunity to change their lives. As one small way to help the families of first responders, the A Heroes Family Scholarship exists to provide financial support for a current or former student who has lost a parent/guardian or spouse to an on-duty tragedy of a first responder. This includes those in law enforcement, fire, or the military. The scholarship is open to students at any education level, above and including, high school seniors. Those pursuing education at a 2 or 4-year college/university, graduate school, a professional certificate program, or a trade or vocational school are all welcome to apply.

Talent is evenly distributed, but opportunity is not. Although African-Americans comprise 13.4% of the US population, just 1% of start-ups receiving venture funding have Black founders. While entrepreneurship is one of the most impactful ways to move communities and the country forward, the pipeline of funded entrepreneurs does not reflect the diversity of our country.

The Kallstrom scholarship will be annually awarded to one graduating Respiratory Care Student in South Dakota and one in Minnesota. The American Respiratory Care Foundation through the establishment of the Joyce Kallstrom Memorial fund provides the funding to support this scholarship. If chosen, the graduating student will receive $750 and a one-year membership to the AARC.

The American Galvanizers Association (AGA) Scholarship is available to full- or part-time undergraduate or graduate students enrolled in an accredited college or university in North America studying architecture, civil engineering, structural engineering, construction management, material science, or a related field.

The Maryland Community College Promise Scholarship is a last-dollar scholarship that is available for the 2025-2026 academic year to students who enroll at a Maryland community college. The Workforce Development Sequence Scholarship is designed to provide financial assistance to students enrolling in an approved non-credit certificate program leading to apprenticeships, employment, licensure, or job skill enhancement only at a participating Maryland Community College. Eligibility Criteria This scholarship is available to: students who are Maryland residents or Maryland High school graduates; or students who are active duty members of the U.S. Military stationed in or reside in, or are domiciled in Maryland. Award Amount: The Workforce Development Sequence Scholarship has a maximum award amount of $2,000 annually and may be used at a participating community college to solely pay for, and not to exceed ​tuition, mandatory fees, and associated costs of attendance, to the extent the tuition, fees, and associated costs of attendance have not been met through another grant or scholarship by the State or employer.

The Maryland Police Officers and Probation Agent Scholarship is awarded to current police officers or probation agents or individuals planning to become a police officer or probation agent, who are enrolled in an academic program that furthers their career in law enforcement.
