Genius is everywhere,
Opportunity isn't.

We're a small team with a mission to maximize human potential through access to opportunity for those in need. We do that by connecting community need to the best resources. For the moment our focus is on helping get individuals to college, through college by helping them win scholarships to avoid debt, and beyond by landing the internship or job of their dreams.

We also support initiatives with a specific focus on providing support directly to individuals. We are currently doing this through our COVID-19 relief efforts for Undocumented folks in WA state.

About Us

After graduating from the University of Washington in 2017 David and Malachi left a career full of engineering opportunity to pursue the non-profit path. After the pair revolutionized energy at Tesla, transportation at Hyperloop, and the aerospace industry at Boeing they knew that providing access to opportunity was the path to provide as much good for the world as possible. We now seek to craft platforms that connect people and community needs to solutions.

Along this journey David and Malachi met Jose. Born and raised in Guatemala, Jose has been living in Seattle for the past 11 years. He graduated from Cleveland STEM High School and is now exploring his interest in technology. In his free time, Jose enjoys watching sports, gaming, and playing with his dog Zuko.

We center people as our purpose.

Our impact reaches hundreds of schools, thousands of students, and millions of dollars. Part of thriving is recognizing the historical and ever-present setbacks facing our communities. We focus on this by focusing on communities who are typically underserved, including but not limited to: Black, Undocumented, Low-Income, Women, and traditionally underrepresented communities.
