Harriett Russell Carr Memorial Scholarship

Any female high school, undergraduate, or graduate student who is community service-oriented may apply for this scholarship. Students studying at an HBCU are encouraged to apply for this scholarship. To apply, submit a 400-600 word essay describing how you show excellence in your daily life and how you consistently give back to your community.
