Scholarship Description

The Brave of Heart Scholarship supports the children (age 26 and under), spouses or domestic partners of frontline health care workers who lost their lives to COVID-related causes.

Eligible applicants must be U.S. citizens or legal residents who plan to enroll, full-time or part-time, in undergraduate or graduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university or vocational-technical school in the upcoming academic year. Applicants must also have at least a 2.0 GPA in order to be eligible for this award.

Award amounts range from $5,000 to $25,000 per year for undergraduates, depending on financial need, area of study and type of degree a person is seeking. (Graduate students may qualify for awards up to $50,000/year.)
